Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa, bordered by Kenya, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Tanzania. Most of the country lies in the White Nile River basin, including a large portion of Lake Victoria. Uganda has diverse wildlife and numerous national parks and is known for its mountain gorillas. The country's attractions include Murchison Falls National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
