Delos, a jewel of world heritage and an archaeological site in its own right. According to legend, God Apollo was born on Delos. And, of course, this island is flooded with bright light reflected from the white marble. But for the ancient Greeks, Delos was also symbolically a place of light - the light of trial, reason and harmony. Delos, located within sight of Mykonos, is a world of its own. A world of silence and complete immersion in the past that is difficult to reconstruct. Despite its length of barely 5 km and a maximum width of 1300 meters, this island was once the center of religion and trade in the Eastern Mediterranean.
