Golden Star Ferries was founded in 2011 in Andros, Greece, and offers trips to the Cyclades archipelago. As it stands, the company has six ships, two of which hold more than 1,500 guests. The ships depart from Piraeus and Rafina, with destinations including Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Paros, Ios, Santorini and Heraklion.
On board the ferries of Golden Line Ferries, guests can expect an elegant interior with comfortable seating and spacious cabins. In the various lounges you can sip delicious drinks and enjoy the sea view. Delicious meals are served in the Golden Café. When booking, guests can choose between a single cabin with four beds or a deluxe cabin with a double bed. Pets are welcome on board and stay in special cabins during the cruise.
Guests benefit from a free Wi-Fi connection and can purchase Greek specialties and souvenirs from the onboard shop. Those wishing to continue their journey by car can, of course, take it with them. However, the number of parking spaces for cars on the ferries of Golden Line Ferries is limited: On the two larger ships, the Superferry and the Superferry II, there are 280 and 250 parking spaces respectively, on the smaller ships there is a maximum of 200. Those who like to move quickly and do not need a parking space, book a trip with the Superspeed or the Supercat.
