While cruise terminals regularly bring many visitors to some of the other Azores islands, there are only a few who find their way to Graciosa on one of the ferries. On the small, still mainly agricultural island with the almost oval shape, nature has therefore had enough peace to develop. During a hike along the rugged coastline or a visit to the caldera, where you can enter through a lava tunnel, you can enjoy sometimes seemingly untouched nature. In addition, Graciosa has sea water pools, which were also formed from lava and hot springs, which provide relaxing bathing in warm water.
