Named after the Swedish King Gustav II Adolf (1594-1632), Gustav Adolfs torg is a square in Stockholm's Norrmalm district, located directly on Norrbro. Square is home to the Royal Opera House and the Hereditary Palace (Arvfurstens Palast), which houses the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
