What does a letter to Germany cost?
In Sweden, there is only one category for postcards, small and large letters: everything up to 2 kg falls into category 1:a-klassbrev utrikes and costs the following postage depending on the weight (as of December 2019):

- Typically, letters from Sweden to Germany are 2-4 days in transit.
- The letter may be a maximum of 60 cm long. The sum of length, width and height must not exceed 90 cm.
- The rates also apply to letters to Austria, Switzerland and other European countries.
Important: For speedy delivery, the letter or postcard should have the blue adhesive label "Prioritaire". If you don't have one handy, you can also write ""Prioritaire"" by hand on the envelope (to the left of the stamp).
