Liebenburg

Liebenburg is a German municipality in the southeast of the federal state of Lower Saxony. It is located in the district of Goslar, around 13 km north of the district city Goslar. There are about 7.800 inhabitants living in Liebenburg.

Liebenburg also includes the formerly independent municipalities of Dörnten, Groß Döhren, Heissum, Klein Döhren, Klein Mahner, Neuenkirchen, Ostharingen, Othfresen and Upen.
