Army Museum

The military history of Sweden from the 16th century to the present.

The Army Museum (in Swedish Armémuseum) is a state historical museum in the Östermalm district. It displays exhibitions on Sweden's military history from the 16th century to the present day.

On display is the everyday life of soldiers, as well as weapons, equipment and uniforms. The museum's collection consists of more than 100,000 items, including numerous trophies from the battlefield.

A special room is dedicated to Raoul Wallenberg, who saved tens of thousands of Hungarian Jews from the Holocaust during World War II.
