Radebeul is the largest and most densely populated town in Meißen County. A true gem, Radebeul is centrally located between Dresden and Meißen. The town enjoys importance as a villa and garden city as well as a wine-growing town. In Radebeul you will not get enough of historical buildings, because the town consists of eight medieval village centers.
Due to its picturesque location, Radebeul is also called the "Saxon Nice". The wine slopes are designated as a landscape conservation area. The state winery Schloss Wackerbarth is one of the most famous German wineries. Indian fans visit the Karl May Museum in the Villa Shatterhand in Radebeul.
