Where is Ratingen?

Ratingen is a German city in the southwest of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is located in the district of Mettmann, around 10 km northwest of the district city Mettmann. There are about 88.000 inhabitants living in Ratingen.

Ratingen also includes the formerly independent municipalities of Breitscheid, Eggerscheidt, Hösel, Lintorf, Homberg-Meiersberg and Hasselbeck-Schwarzbach.
